Gentle stretching exercises for Mums and babies, based on traditional Yoga postures. Light-hearted and enjoyable for both of you. 

 

Baby Yoga classes provide your baby with an invigorating but gentle exercise routine, which has many benefits, including stress relief for both parent and baby.

 

These are relaxed exercises, with the emphasis on FUN!

 

NO experience is required, as these classes are suitable for ALL abilities.

  

And you do NOT need to be size 8 and made entirely of rubber!

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing as we sit on the floor - you may also wish to bring a floor cushion.

 

Yoga mats provided.
